The Challenge

Lucky Voice is a very well established brand that’s been around since 2005 delivering phenomenal nights out in great cities. Their private room karaoke bars are now in major cities around the world including London, Brighton, and a franchise venue in Dubai. In addition to the venue businesses, which Lucky Voice has plans to expand across the UK and eventually worldwide, Lucky Voice has a technology product business in the form of Karaoke Kits and an online singing subscription service. The brief to Traktion was to provide expertise to help them realise their growth ambitions by developing a Tik Tok marketing programme and optimising the Facebook /Meta campaigns.

The Talent

Dalila is a social media marketing expert who specialises in Tik Tok and influencer marketing. She’s worked with brands like Shopify, Karma, Fastic App, Koho, and Lori-Lori, helping them deliver social media strategies that drive growth. She was selected to develop the Tik Tok strategy as well as the plan and full implementation. She’s worked across a wide range of industries such as B2B, retail, lifestyle, beauty, technology, and hospitality, among others.

Joe is a paid social expert with a bias towards music having worked on JBL headphones and Ministry of Sound and Audio Movers.

The Results

Dalila first ran a social media brand audit for Lucky Voice and then conducted an in depth piece of industry research. In the research she reviewed the main competitors' activity on TikTok to identify what content performed best.

She then developed a Tik Tok strategy with audience focus and content approach which integrated trends and sounds research. The strategy also included SEO friendly copy recommendations and recommended hashtags to boost video performance

Finally she also provided creative direction.

Joe tidied up the back end of Facebook as over the years Lucky Voice had had many people from LV, as well as agencies working on ads, so a lot of data was out of date and tracking was messy. He ensured the black end was clear and concise for improved reporting and optimisation.

The work both Dalila and Joe have done has made a significant contribution to Lucky Voice growth with a 60% increase in site traffic year on year.
